RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We always want to
achieve our customer's ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our
best to make a return policy with extended service, which is suitable for our
valuable customer. We have a return policy of 3 days for most of our products
if the product meets certain criteria.
conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy
any of our Products failed to meet the quality parameter, such as -
Physically Damaged Product
Size or, fitting issue
RANGE delivers the wrong items to the customer
Lost during shipment
any technical error occurred - Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction
to exchange: If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call

once you receive the Product (within 24hour)
please note that,
1. Product must be
unused, intact with tag, and unwashed.
2. The exchange garments value must be equal to or more than
that of the original invoice.
3. If the customer lost the invoice and tag/ barcode, the
product will not be exchangeable.
4. Customer needs to
send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
5. After receiving
the Product, RANGE has full authority to take the decision whether the Product will
be applicable for exchange or refund policy.
6. We do not have any return or refund facility.
7. Any Product sold
under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the
product is defective or damaged.
